Jocelyn Jones | Bio
Rev. Jocelyn Jones is an unapologetic Christian who has a deep desire to help people grow their relationship with God.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in journalism. After receiving her B.A., Jocelyn worked for channel 20, WYCC. She left the television industry to work at the ARK of St. Sabina, where she served for eleven years, eight of which were in the role of Executive Director. While at the ARK, Jocelyn earned her master’s degree from the University of Chicago in social work. After accepting her call to ministry, she went on to complete her master's degree in theological studies from McCormick Theological Seminary.
Jocelyn founded the company Faith on the Journey in 2018. She is the author of the book Breaking the Power of the Mask, and a facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute. She is also an active member of the Federation of Christian Ministries and ordained minister.
Jocelyn is a sought-after Christian speaker, who seeks to help people to heal from painful events in their past. “Helping people to become whole and see themselves as God does is my calling,” Jones says. “I can’t find a more meaningful way to spend my time here on earth than that.”
